Our Farm to Table dinners are designed to take full advantage of the farm fresh ingredients grown right here in our community. The menu is created to showcase what is coming off the vine or out of the soil that week on the farm or locally.

The evening begins at 6:30 with locally-made artisanal cheese and is followed by a multi-course dinner at 7:00 with paired wines selected in consultation with Jamie and Whitney Stratton of Jacob Liquor Exchange.

May Menu:
Creekstone beef tenderloin tartare, horseradish crema, olive oil crouton, arugula pesto, toasted walnut, microgreen salad

Beet and baby field green salad with goat cheese and lemon shallot vinaigrette
Herbed gnocchi, Sand Hill morels, asparagus, grana
Roasted leg of lamb, leek and chive puree, blackened cauliflower, gremolata, black lentils
Thyme cornmeal shortbread, blackberry, champagne sabayon, salted brittle

Price per person is $70 per person plus tax and tip and any additional bar charges incurred during the evening.
