Farm to Table dinners at Elderslie are a tour of culinary seasonality
creatively expressed through each of the evening’s courses.
Our dinners begin with wine and artisanal cheese on the patio and
move inside for the remaining courses,
all of which take advantage of produce and meats
available and in season on our farm and locally.
Courses are paired with wines selected in consultation with
Jamie Stratton of Jacob Liquor Exchange.
Our Farm to Table dinners are designed to take full advantage of
the farm fresh ingredients grown right here in our community.
The menu is created to showcase what is coming off the vine
or out of the soil that week on the farm or locally.
The evening begins with locally-made artisanal cheese and is
followed by a multi-course dinner with paired wines
selected in consultation with Jamie and Whitney Stratton of Jacob Liquor.
